Growe is seeking a Head of Communications to develop and implement strategies for employer branding, internal communications, social media management, and public relations. This role involves crafting compelling narratives, fostering team engagement, overseeing social platforms, managing media relations, and leading a high-performing communications team. The ideal candidate will align communication strategies with overall business objectives.

Must Have

  • Proven experience in a senior communications role covering employer branding, internal communications, SMM, and PR
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns

Job Description
