Job Summary

Growe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle from scoping to delivery. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, product, QA, and design teams, ensuring product stability, uptime, and continuous improvement. The manager will track key performance metrics, manage prioritisation, sprint planning, and mitigate risks. Candidates need 3-5 years of project management experience in tech, with expertise in managing technical teams, data-driven KPIs, incident management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Must Have

  • Manage the full project lifecycle: from scoping and planning to execution and delivery
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and design teams
  • Proactively engage with parallel technical teams to ensure alignment and efficient dependency management
  • Ensure the stability and uptime of owned products and services
  • Take ownership for improving the quality, performance, and reliability of the product/service
  • Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements within the team
  • Track and manage key performance metrics, including Uptime Rate, Development Deviation, Defect Detection Rate, Errors Monitoring, and Delivery Rate
  • Ensure effective prioritisation, sprint planning, and tracking of deliverables
  • Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain transparency with stakeholders
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within a technology-focused company or digital product environment
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (e.g., backend, frontend, DevOps)
  • Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs and apply them to improve delivery and operational excellence
  • Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production environments
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum)
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)

  • Experience with Native applications development
  • Experience working with fast release cycles, live systems, strict reliability and uptime requirements

We need your professional experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within a technology-focused company or digital product environment;
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (e.g., backend, frontend, DevOps);
  • Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs and apply them to improve delivery and operational excellence;
  • Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production environments;
  • Experience with the Native applications development will be a plus;
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum);
