Must Have
- Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel.

About your team

As an Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founders and other leadership teams, and gain exposure to all aspects of our business. We are excited to find a talented individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Prioritize and coordinate CEO's daily workflow and ensure timely delivery of projects, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, getting through other companies' executive assistants arranging meetings with the founders and C-level executives.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed, including answering phone calls and emails, preparing documents, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Maintain confidential information and exercise discretion and judgment in handling sensitive matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills, an ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Persistence and ability to continue pursuing a goal or objective despite encountering obstacles, setbacks or rejection.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
