Job Summary
Eneba is building an open, safe, and sustainable marketplace for gamers, supporting over 20 million active users. The Marketing Team drives sustainable growth by merging data-driven optimization, entertainment, and creativity to build a strong brand. The Video Editor will produce full-cycle advertising videos, from concept to final edits, including UGC, brand-led, product, and paid ads. This role involves optimizing video creatives for performance metrics, iterating quickly based on data, and collaborating with strategists and marketers to deliver top-performing assets.
Must Have
- Produce full-cycle advertising videos from concept to final edits.
- Edit and optimize video creatives for performance metrics (CPI, CTR, ROAS).
- Iterate on video ads based on performance data insights.
- Stay updated with mobile advertising video trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with creative strategists, media buyers, and marketers.
- 3+ years of video editing experience in performance/app marketing.
- Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of performance video editing principles.
- Confident user of AI-driven creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney).
- Familiarity with performance marketing channels and mobile ad formats.
- Ability to generate concepts, scripts, and editing approaches.
- Portfolio demonstrating performance-driven advertising content.
Good to Have
- Experience working with mobile games or different app verticals.
- Ability to interpret creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, retention) and refine video content based on data.

Responsibilities
- Produce full-cycle advertising videos both independently and as part of a team: from concept development to final edits. This includes storyboarded short videos (UGC & brand-led), product videos, tutorials, paid ads, and other performance-focused formats.
- Edit and optimize video creatives to improve performance metrics such as CPI, CTR, ROAS, retention, etc.
- Iterate on video ads quickly based on shared performance data insights to enhance creative effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with competitor creatives, platform-specific best practices, and overall video trends in mobile advertising, regularly proposing fresh, high-impact ideas.
- Collaborate daily with creative strategists, media buyers, performance marketers, and designers to deliver top-performing video assets.
- Support creative evolution by testing new formats, editing styles, video tools, and automation workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience within performance and app-focused marketing environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, with strong working skills in After Effects and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of performance video editing principles: pacing, narrative flow, composition, sound design, motion timing, and color grading/correction.
- Confident user of AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Arcads, VEO-3, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, Suno, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
- Familiarity with performance marketing channels, UA metrics, and mobile ad formats.
- Highly creative and proactive, able to generate concepts, scripts, and editing approaches without waiting for direction.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative decisions clearly.
- Excellent prioritization and time-management skills, consistently delivering high-quality work on time.
- A portfolio demonstrating experience with performance-driven advertising content for mobile apps.
