Experienced Business Analyst with expertise in PROMIS MES and factory automation for semiconductor manufacturing fluent in Japanese responsible for driving process improvements and system integration. This role involves acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating requirements into specifications, leading MES solution design and implementation, and ensuring seamless integration with existing factory automation. The analyst will gather detailed business requirements, collaborate with Japanese clients, develop comprehensive documentation in English and Japanese, support project management, and conduct testing and user training.

Job Description

Act as a liaison between business users technical teams and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for PROMIS MES and factory automation systems Lead the analysis design and implementation of MES solutions focusing on process improvement system enhancements and seamless integration with existing factory automation Gather document and analyze detailed business requirements through interviews workshops and site visits within semiconductor manufacturing facilities Collaborate effectively with Japanese clients vendors and internal teams ensuring accurate communication and interpretation of technical and business documentation in Japanese Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business process flows functional requirements use cases and user manuals in both English and Japanese Support project management activities such as schedule tracking risk assessment resource planning and stakeholder reporting to ensure timely and quality MES project delivery Conduct testing validation and user training for new system features and upgrades ensuring compliance with manufacturing best practices and standards Monitor industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory requirements within the semiconductor sector to propose innovative solutions and maintain competitive advantage

Roles and Responsibilities
