INTERNSHIP - Logistician - M/F

This internship is in operational logistics within the Receipt Control, Flow Management, and Shipping departments at Thales' Elancourt site, a major technological excellence center in Saint Quentin en Yvelines. The intern will handle shipping files, control incoming parts, support quality dispute resolution, manage logistics flows, participate in inventory, and contribute to continuous service improvement. The internship lasts 2 months, starting by April 15th.

Must Have

• Processing shipping files (SAP + transport platforms) and carriers
• Controlling incoming parts on SAP order (physical, documentary, and IT control)
• Supporting the quality clinic on dispute resolution in incoming control
• Managing logistics flows: processing material service requests
• Participating in the inventory of site stores and entering inventories into SAP
• Participating in continuous service improvement
• Following a professional baccalaureate, BTS, or BUT in logistics
• Basic logistics knowledge
• Good command of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Curious and rigorous, dynamic and team-oriented

Good to Have

• Experience with an ERP like SAP

Your daily life

At the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of Thales' most important technological excellence centers. The diversity and technicality of the systems and equipment mobilize expertise in more than 80 professions in defense, high-tech security, and digital services solutions.

You will complete your internship in operational logistics within the departments: Receipt Control, Flow Management, Shipping. The internship, lasting 2 months, will begin no later than April 15th.

Your profile

Are you pursuing a professional baccalaureate, a BTS, or a BUT in logistics?

Do you have basic logistics knowledge and a good command of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint…)?

Ideally, have you already handled an ERP like SAP?

Curious and rigorous, are you recognized for your dynamism and team spirit?
