LIGAPRODUCTION GMBH in Heimsheim is seeking a full-time Production and Logistics Manager (all genders). As a full-service provider, LIGAPRODUCTION handles special constructions, prototypes, and large series productions with global logistics for shop window, decoration, and event sectors. This role involves overall responsibility for operational excellence across the entire value chain, from manufacturing to delivery, with a strong focus on team development and continuous process optimization.

Must Have

• Overall responsibility for planning, controlling, and optimizing the entire production chain
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
• Ensuring compliance with production plans, deadlines, and budget
• Selection, control, and negotiation with external logistics service providers
• Compliance with national and international shipping regulations (incl. customs)
• Responsibility for inventory management and inventory
• Establishment, monitoring, and reporting of logistical and quality key figures
• Demonstrable leadership experience with a clear focus on team development, motivation, and change management
• Completed technical or commercial training with further qualification (e.g., master craftsman, technician, logistics specialist) or a relevant degree
• Profound knowledge in production planning, CNC technology, wood, plastic, and metal processing
• Proficient in ERP/PPS and warehouse management systems (LVS)
• Solution-oriented, strong implementation skills, hands-on mentality
• Secure communication in German

As Production and Logistics Manager, you bear overall responsibility for operational excellence along the entire value chain – from manufacturing to delivery. Your primary goal is to foster teams and continuously optimize processes.

• Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and optimization of the entire production chain
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Ensuring compliance with production plans, deadlines, and budget specifications.
• Selection, control, and negotiation with external logistics service providers and freight forwarders
• Compliance with all relevant national and international shipping regulations (incl. customs clearance) and internal quality standards
• Responsibility for inventory management and inventory
• Establishment, monitoring, and reporting of logistical and quality key figures
