Job Summary
LIGANOVA is seeking a Brand Store Lead in Munich to manage a new Brand Experience Store. This role involves daily store operations, reporting, and KPI-driven success. The lead will be responsible for team leadership, personnel planning, and fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include representing the brand, building customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service through team coaching. The ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive industry, storytelling, and experiential marketing, with strong service orientation and fluency in German and English.
Must Have
- Responsible for daily store management, reporting, and success based on relevant KPIs.
- Manage personnel planning, motivate the team, and create a positive work atmosphere.
- Represent the brand, build sustainable customer relationships, and ensure excellent service quality through team coaching.
- Passionate about the automotive industry, storytelling, and experiential marketing.

- Motivating team player who acts independently.
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English.
