Job Description
As a Project Manager in Stuttgart, you will be the primary contact for clients like Nespresso, managing comprehensive projects from order to final acceptance. You'll support national and international campaigns, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and scheduling. This role involves acting as an interface between external partners (clients, production, suppliers) and internal graphic design teams. Daily tasks include logistics planning, organization, and implementing optimization measures across various departments. You need at least 2 years of project management experience, a hands-on attitude, strong assertiveness, and excellent English and German language skills.

Must Have:
- Primary contact for clients, managing projects from order to final acceptance.
- Support national and international campaigns and globalized brand communication.
- Responsible for quality, budget, and scheduling in all project phases.
- Act as an interface between external partners and internal graphic design.
- Plan and organize logistics, implement optimization measures.
- Successfully completed apprenticeship or degree in economics or technical field.
- At least 2 years professional experience in project management or POS campaigns.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
- Strong assertiveness and team-oriented work.
- Interest in realizing projects for international brands and retail.
- Very good English and German language skills.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.

WHAT YOU DO
- You are the primary contact person for our clients such as Nespresso and manage complex projects from order placement to final handover
- As a Project Manager, you will support the team with national and international campaigns and the client's globalised brand communication
- You are responsible for quality, budget control and scheduling in all phases of projects
- You act as an interface between external partners such as customers, production and suppliers - as well as internal colleagues from graphic design
- Your daily tasks include planning and organising logistics and implementing optimisation measures in collaboration with the production, logistics, development and buying departments

WHO YOU ARE
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in the field of economics or in a technical field
- You have at least 2 years professional experience in project management or POS campaigns
- You have a hands-on attitude and are happy to take on responsibility
- You have a strong assertiveness and work in a team-oriented manner
- You are interested in realising projects for international brands and retail companies
- Very good English and German language skills as well as very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel - ideally you also have initial experience in working with an ERP system
