Project Manager (all genders)

LIGANOVA is seeking a Project Manager in Stuttgart, Germany, starting February 2026. The role involves being the primary contact for national and international clients, independently planning campaigns, and ensuring quality, budget adherence, and scheduling. The Project Manager will also be responsible for project steering and collaboration with various partners, from order placement to final acceptance, with opportunities to implement their own ideas. Candidates should have relevant experience in project management and production, strong business acumen, a hands-on attitude, excellent communication, and adaptability.

WHAT YOU DO

• You are the first point of contact for our national and international clients.
• Independent campaign planning – You are responsible for quality, budget adherence, and scheduling in all phases.
• Confident project steering and collaboration with cooperation partners, internal interfaces, as well as external production and logistics partners – from order placement to final acceptance.
• You purposefully use freedom to shape your own ideas and approaches.

WHO YOU ARE

• A specific academic background is not required to be a good Project Manager, but you should have relevant experience in project management and production.
• Pronounced business acumen and holistic consulting competence.
• You have a "hands-on" attitude and enjoy taking responsibility.
• Convincing presentation and communication skills & negotiation strength.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges – from concept creation to production.
• Very good MS-Office skills and very good German and English language skills.
