Job Description

Starting March 2026, we are looking for a full-time intern (all genders) in the People & Culture department for a 6-month mandatory internship at our Stuttgart location. You will gain comprehensive insight into the varied daily routine of the People & Culture department, support recruiting and employer branding, and handle operational and administrative tasks. You will coordinate interviews and manage small tasks across all HR processes from employee entry to exit, including creating documents and references.
Must Have:
  • Enrolled student for an internship in People Management
  • Very good German and good English language skills
  • Experience in using MS Office and macOS
  • Support recruiting and employer branding activities
  • Coordinate job interviews with applicants
  • Manage HR processes from entry to exit

From March 2026, we are looking for an intern (all genders) for our team at the Stuttgart location in the People & Culture department for a 6-month mandatory internship.

WHAT YOU DO

  • During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insight into the varied daily routine of the People & Culture (LIGAfly) department
  • You will support us in recruiting and employer branding as well as with operational and administrative tasks
  • You are open to contact with applicants and are responsible for coordinating interviews
  • You will take on small tasks across all HR processes from employee entry to exit
  • Your tasks include the creation of documents, certificates, and employment references

For a mandatory internship, you will receive a remuneration of 800 €/month. Additionally, you will receive a subsidy of 40 €/month for a benefit of your choice (digital meal vouchers or travel costs).

WHO YOU ARE

  • For an internship in People Management, you are an enrolled student
  • You are motivated and self-confident and want to get to know the daily routine in People Management better
  • You have very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • You bring enthusiasm for an international community, have a quick learning ability and a structured way of working
  • For the internship, you have (initial) experience in using MS Office and macOS
