(Senior) Project Manager (all genders) - Retail Campaigns & Events

LIGANOVA is seeking a (Senior) Project Manager to join Alicia's team in Stuttgart. This full-time, permanent position requires independent campaign planning, ensuring projects are on-time and on-budget through meticulous budgeting, cost control, and tracking. The role involves confident project steering, collaborating with partners, internal interfaces, and external logistics and production teams. You will provide strategic and operational client support and advice, assist in new client acquisition, and lead the project team efficiently and empathetically in close cooperation with Key Account Managers and Directors. The ideal candidate will also leverage opportunities to develop and implement their own ideas and approaches.

Must Have

• Independent campaign planning (on-time & on-budget)
• Budgeting, cost control, and cost tracking
• Confident project steering and collaboration with partners
• Strategic and operational client support and advice
• Leading project team efficiently and empathetically
• At least 3-5 years relevant professional experience in project management
• Strong business acumen and holistic consulting expertise
• Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges
• Interdisciplinary mindset and enjoyment of collaborative work
• Convincing presentation and communication skills & negotiation strength
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Very good German and English language skills

WHAT YOU DO

• Independent campaign planning – always on-time & on-budget: budgeting, cost control and cost tracking
• Confident project steering and collaboration with cooperation partners, internal interfaces, as well as external logistics and production partners
• Strategic and operational customer support and consulting
• Support in new customer acquisition
• You lead the project team clearly, efficiently and empathetically – in close cooperation with the Key Account Manager & Key Account Director
• You purposefully use freedom to develop your own ideas and approaches

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in campaign planning
• Strong business acumen and holistic consulting expertise
• Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges – from concept creation to production
• Interdisciplinary mindset and enjoyment of collaborative work
• Convincing presentation and communication skills & negotiation strength
• Very good MS-Office skills and very good German and English language skills
