LIGANOVA is seeking a visionary Brand Store Lead in Frankfurt to establish a groundbreaking Brand Experience Store, merging Fintech, Lifestyle, and Community. This role involves comprehensive store management, fostering customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and overseeing events to transform brand storytelling into an immersive experience.
Must Have
- Responsible for store management and daily operations
- Represent the brand and build customer relationships
- Create a great customer experience as an ideal host
- Ensure high service quality and advice on store services
- Manage the event and booking tool
- Execute and supervise customer events
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, Event Management, Hospitality, Retail or comparable commercial education
- Professional experience in retail or similar
- Fluent in German and English

Join us – be our new Brand Store Lead (all genders) – a visionary who will bring a completely new retail format to life in Frankfurt at the intersection of Fintech, Lifestyle, and Community.
WHAT YOU DO
- As Store Manager, you are responsible for the store and for the organization and coordination of daily operations.
- Representing the brand and building customer relationships are among your tasks.
- You are the ideal host for our Brand Store and ensure a great customer experience.
- As Store Manager, you sustainably convey the store's services to visitors and ensure high service quality and advice.
- You manage the event and booking tool.
- The execution and supervision of customer events in coordination with the Head Office fall within your area of responsibility.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, Event Management, Hospitality, Retail or a comparable commercial education.
- As Store Manager, you can already demonstrate professional experience in retail or similar.
- As Store Manager, you are flexible and willing to work on weekends or at events outside of usual working hours.
- A confident and positive demeanor as well as a high service and customer orientation characterize you.
- You have an affinity for lifestyle topics, hospitality, and the financial industry.
- You possess quick comprehension and good communication skills.
- You bring flexibility, creativity, and passion for building a new retail format and are not afraid to go beyond the status quo.
- You speak fluent German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage (e.g., Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese).
