As a Doorman at The Hoxton in Florence, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a special stay. Your responsibilities include assisting guests with arrivals and departures, answering questions, providing directions, and guiding them through the property. You will also manage luggage storage and handling, coordinate with the front desk, and maintain the tidiness of the lobby and entrance. Teamwork and a positive, helpful attitude are essential for this role.

The Hoxton opened its doors in Florence, capital of Italy’s Tuscany region and home to some of the world’s most famous masterpieces of Renaissance art, architecture and monuments. This eye-candy city is packed with culture and is the birthplace of gelato – we did not need any persuading to make it our second home in the country.

The Hoxton in Florence feature 161 beautiful bedrooms of varying sizes, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop and courtyard. There is also a basement meeting and events space.
