Job Description
In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a person for the position of Purchasing Executive. With 2 years of experience in the role with advertising and marketing agencies, their mission will focus on the execution and control of the media plan budget.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of budgets and orders.
- Negotiations and daily management with the media.
- Preparation of weekly and actual compliance reports.
- Preparation and analysis of purchasing efficiencies, delivery of savings.
- Definition with the media of the mechanism to check ad placement.
- Reporting new commercial codes to IBOPE in the official IBOPE format.
- Tracking pending materials and codes for ad placement ordering.
- Reviewing media rates.
- Optimizing the client's budget.
- Ensuring budget compliance with media.
- Supervising media in ad placement (daily checking).
- Sending certifications and timely response to the checking team.
- Recovering TRPs by reconciling with media.
- Ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and handling of media buying management tools, project planning, and metrics analysis, such as Advermind.
- Knowledge in the use of tools focused on measuring and analyzing media audience, especially television and radio, such as IBOPE.
- Intermediate Excel.
