BESIX Infra is a leading road construction contractor in Flanders and Brussels, specializing in road construction, sewer installation, environmental remediation, and public space development. They are a top-3 player in the Belgian infrastructure market, with their own concrete and recycling sites and asphalt production facilities. The company focuses on communication, neighborhood consultation, and minimizing disruption. They are currently seeking a Dispatcher to support project managers and leadership in the preparation and execution of road and sewer works, ensuring quality and safety. The Dispatcher will manage site transport, manned and unmanned machinery, and rented equipment, optimizing the use of company assets. Experience in infrastructure is required.

Must Have

• Support project managers and project leadership in the preparation and execution of road and sewer works, ensuring quality and safety.
• Dispatch site transport, manned and unmanned machinery, and rented equipment.
• Ensure optimal utilization of company equipment.
• Be flexible, stress-resistant, enthusiastic, and motivated for a supportive role.
• Possess a graduate or bachelor's degree, preferably in civil engineering, or have experience in this function.
• Have basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Have a perfect command of Dutch.
• Be a true team player and strong communicator, with a sense of responsibility.
• Work in a solution-oriented manner, with an eye for deadlines.
• Have experience within infrastructure.

Job Description

• You support the project managers and project leadership in the preparation and execution of our road and sewer works, with a focus on quality and safety.
• You are responsible for dispatching site transport, manned machines, unmanned machines, and rented equipment.
• You ensure that the company's own equipment is optimally utilized.
• You already have experience within infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• You are flexible, stress-resistant, enthusiastic, and motivated to perform a supportive function.
• You have a graduate or bachelor's degree, preferably in a civil engineering direction, or you already have experience in this function.
• You have basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
