The Topographer/Surveyor supports project leaders and site management in preparing and executing road and sewer works, analyzing design plans, preparing plans for 3D execution, performing staking, control measurements, and final quantity surveys.

Must Have

• First experience as a surveyor or road construction site manager, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate (surveying option) or Master's degree in civil engineering (surveying option), or equivalent by experience.
• Basic knowledge of Autocad/Pythagoras/Civil 3D.

Job Description

• You support the project managers and site management in the preparation and execution of our road and sewer works;
• You analyze the design plans and specifications and prepare the plans for 3D execution and application on our machines;
• You perform staking for the execution of the site, carry out control measurements and measure final quantities for progress statements and as-built;

Job Requirements

• You already have initial experience as a surveyor or road construction site manager, you have a passion for road construction, you want to fully commit to this position in a small but pleasant team. Or you already have experience in this position;
• You have a Bachelor's degree in real estate with a surveying option or a Master's degree in civil engineering with a surveying option, or equivalent by experience;
• Basic knowledge of Autocad/Pythagoras/Civil 3D is a must.
