Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Marketing
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, segmentation, research, LTV, ROI
  • Experience writing and presenting proposals
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Omniture, Tableau, DoubleClick
  • Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Good to Have

  • MBA
  • Experience in program measurement, test design, and financial modeling
  • Experience with SAS, SPSS or other data manipulation tools

Overview

The Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics at Digitas Health plays a crucial role in driving strategic thinking and economic insight across various client engagements. This position involves collaborating with a talented team to provide integrated marketing analytical solutions, optimize marketing investments, and develop robust marketing strategies for clients in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Providing integrated marketing analytical solutions across customers and channels to improve client decision-making
  • Conceptualizing and communicating strategic solutions
  • Collaborating with clients to develop clear business and measurement objectives
  • Applying various quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources
  • Preparing analysis and tracking of marketplace, technology and consumer demographic trends both within and across multiple industries
  • Developing and maintaining functional expertise in one or more of the following disciplines; database marketing, integrated channel marketing (including web), analytical tools, techniques, and other infrastructure requirements

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of business experience working in Management Consulting, Marketing, Advertising, or Interactive/Technology Consulting
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value, ROI
  • Experience in program measurement (online and/or offline), test design and financial modeling a plus
  • Experience writing and presenting proposals or reviewing strategy projects to clients and internal senior management
  • Experience with data tools; Google Analytics, Omniture, Tableau, DoubleClick, Tableau and others
  • Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel: Experience with SAS, SPSS or other data manipulation tools a plus

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
