B2C sales for our online courses where price ranges from 1.5L to 3L + GST
The target audience is 20-year-old college students and above interested in building a career in the game development industry
This role might mature into handling B2B sales onboarding companies hiring talent from our platform
0-1 role helping crack the sales playbook (target milestone - 1 Cr in monthly booked revenue in the next 3-6 months)
Post that transition into 1-10 journey scaling sales up via different acquisition channels plus across geographies
Note - This is not a people management role! If you don’t want to pick up the phone and talk to 30 leads per day, then we will not be a good fit.
Note - we do not do guilt-selling. Our sales methodology is mentorship-led as we understand that we cater to a targeted niche persona.
Key Responsibilities
Sales - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase student enrollment for our courses.
Student Engagement- Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their needs and provide tailored guidance and support throughout the application process.
Team- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Market Analysis- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Gaming Upskilling education sector. Use insights to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Performance Tracking- Monitor key performance indicators and sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
Relationship Management- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders like students, and internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
Who you are
Must-Have
Sales - 4+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably from a higher-ed E-learning company (ED-Tech industry)
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic Planning- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Market Understanding- Deep knowledge of the e-learning industry and/or gaming industry.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their passion.
Meticulously detail-oriented and organized – Able to juggle many priorities while not dropping any balls.
Adaptability- Thrives in a fast-paced, often scrappy, sometimes chaotic environment 😎
Good To Have
Knowledge of the gaming industry will be an added advantage.
Cross-functional collaboration- Exposure to working closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

6 days a week - Each day matters when we all have limited time on this planet. So if you are mentally prepared to give your 7 days because you love what you will be doing (even though we don’t expect team members to work on 7 days), then only apply 🙏
Outcome over efforts matter - Your focus will be on doing what is right for the customer at all times irrespective of the fact that you might have to go against your manager. If maniacal customer focus is your intent, then you will never be penalized for your actions.
Radical transparency - If you have a problem with anyone in the team, senior or junior, or even the founder, you are encouraged to directly address the issue head-on by being open about it in a one-on-one conversation with the person and trying to resolve it asap first before looping in others like your reporting/skip-level reporting manager.
Work hours - 10 AM till work is done.
