Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics organisation, backed by marquee investors including GeoPost, Alibaba Group, and B Capital Group.

Launched in  Oct 2014 , covering 6 countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand 

We are dedicated to provide assistance and resources to better cater to the unique needs and wants of both small and large scale shippers alike. Our priority is to take the hassle out of the parcel delivery so that our shippers can focus on their business growth.

In Q4 2023, we expanded our services to include B2B transportation to offline touchpoints such as modern trade stores, convenience stores, and offices, as well as launched our cold chain logistics business in various countries. Leveraging our extensive skills and logistics experience, we help enterprises enhance their logistics solutions, delivering better value and speed.

Responsibilities


    • Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to convert leads into customers.
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Sales Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the B2B market.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential opportunities.
    • Analyze competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Product Knowledge and Demonstration
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiation and Closing Deals
    • Negotiate contract or quotation terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
    • Ensure that sales agreements are beneficial for both the client and the company.
    • Customer Support and Problem Resolution
    • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns.
    • Act as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
    • Collaboration with Internal Teams
    • Work closely with solutions, transport and project management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
    • Share client feedback with relevant departments to help improve products and services.

Skills and experience

    • A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in selling services or solutions to businesses in any field. Experience in selling logistics services or solutions will be highly advantageous.
    • Bachelor degree in any field
    • Ability to comprehend client business operations and needs to effectively close sales.
    • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
    • Exceptional pitching and presentation skills to capture and retain client interest.
    • Strong logical and analytical skills to effectively quantify and communicate cost savings to clients.
