The Region Sales Head (FMCG) will be responsible for managing the regional sales team and supporting them to achieve business goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader with strong experience in FMCG, logistics, or general trade, combined with excellent people management capabilities. This role will cover Klang Valley and North Region.
Must Have:
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Drive revenue growth by executing effective sales plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Lead, mentor, and coach the regional sales team.
Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust go-to-market approaches.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Provide timely and accurate reports to the National Sales Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in FMCG/logistics/wholesale or general trade environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive performance and build a high-performing team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and negotiate effectively.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or CRM platforms).
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
