Delivery Station Manager - Loc Ninh (Binh Phuoc)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage delivery riders within the assigned station area according to company KPIs.
• Supervise daily deliveries, ensuring goods reach customers and no inventory backlog.
• Safeguard goods at the station, preventing loss or damage.
• Receive, inspect, collect money, and report COD daily.
• Handle and transfer goods between riders and drivers, distributing goods to delivery staff.
• Monitor riders: ensure riders complete their routes on time.
• Support and troubleshoot rider issues during delivery.
• Ensure all delivered goods are processed on the App and system.
• Collect COD and sort failed deliveries at the end of the day.
• Maintain fleet quality: discipline, attitude of delivery staff, and work performance.
• Support related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Manage station equipment, comply with hygiene and safety regulations at the station.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the logistics field.
• College degree or higher.
• Basic understanding of computers and office informatics.
• Eager to learn, honest.
• Basic English.

Location - Working Hours

• Group 8, Hamlet 1, Loc Thai Commune, Loc Ninh District, Binh Phuoc Province.
• Working hours: Monday - Saturday (7 AM - 5 PM).
