The Regional Operations Team Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing operational activities across approximately 5 provinces. Key duties include budget development and cost control, strategic planning, project implementation, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves monitoring compliance, process improvement, staff training, recruitment coordination, team building, and collaborating with other departments to manage COD, BAP, and fraud. Market research and ad-hoc projects are also part of the role.
Must Have:- Develop regional budgets (procurement, equipment management) and control costs according to company goals.
- Manage and operate activities in the assigned region (average 5 provinces).
- Act as a regional representative: update, evaluate activities, resolve outstanding issues, implement new projects.
- Develop strategies, operational plans & implement projects to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
- Monitor compliance with operational procedures and regulations, and propose process improvements.
- Guide and train employees periodically and according to plans from superiors.
- Coordinate with the recruitment department to supplement personnel for the managed region.
- Organize and unite the team, promote movements and collective activities in the region.
- Coordinate with functional departments to control COD, BAP, fraud and ensure consistent operations.
- Research and consult market information to grasp opportunities, challenges and propose operational improvements.
- Execute ad-hoc projects as required by superiors.
