Pearl Abyss is seeking a Customer Service representative for Black Desert Mobile.  Responsibilities include resolving player issues across various channels, investigating game logs, communicating with players and internal teams, identifying and reporting problems, collaborating on improvements, monitoring game trends, and responding to service disruptions.  The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of MMORPGs, particularly Black Desert Mobile.  The role involves a 12-month contract with potential for conversion to a full-time position.
