Job Description

The Sales Operations Executive will support the sales team in planning and executing operational tasks to achieve organizational goals, including compliance tracking, preparing sales policies and tools, and assisting with system/data-related issues. This role involves monitoring and analyzing sales metrics for strategic decisions, ensuring accurate sales forecasts, implementing and improving sales processes, and collaborating with other departments for smooth sales operations.
Must have:

  • Identify opportunities for sales process and system improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments.

Job Details

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in planning and executing operational tasks to achieve the organization's overall goals, including: tracking compliance activities and timekeeping, preparing documents for sales policies and projects (if any), preparing sales tools, assisting in checking issues arising in sales operations related to systems/data…;
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and trends as a basis for strategic business decisions, while coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts;
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of sales processes, as well as identify opportunities to improve sales processes and systems to enhance business performance;
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth sales processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in business, finance, economics or related fields;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, G Suite (Google). SQL knowledge is a plus;
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets;
  • Flexible and adaptable to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment;
  • Basic English.
