Job Summary

Ninja Xpress is a leading last-mile delivery service company in Indonesia, supporting local SMEs since 2015. They offer flexible service options, real-time package tracking, and dedicated customer service. This role, Commercial Strategy & Projects Lead, involves tracking and coordinating corporate/commercial initiatives, building business cases, bridging functions to design customer solutions, translating sales requirements into deliverables, and managing pilot programs from KYC to GTM strategy and performance tracking.

Must Have

  • Track & coordinate corporate/commercial initiatives and report progress, risks, and mitigations.
  • Build business cases and manage approvals, interdependencies, and timelines.
  • Bridge Sales, Product, Ops, Finance & Legal to design B2B customer solutions.
  • Translate sales requirements into actionable product/operational deliverables and drive adoption.
  • Run KYC/market validation, meet target customers, and onboard pilot users.
  • Craft GTM (segmentation, pricing, positioning, launch plan) and propose the right sales org to scale.
  • Track pilot performance (adoption, revenue) and present insights to senior management.
  • 4–6 years in project/special projects within B2B logistics/supply chain/express logistics with ops exposure.
  • Proven customer solutioning and product/POC launch experience (KYC, pilot onboarding, GTM).
  • Bachelor’s in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication (English & Bahasa).
  • Strong data/analytics (Google Suite, Excel, BI tools).
  • Crisp reporting/presentations.
  • Willing to travel within Indonesia.
