Job Summary

As a Data Scientist reporting to Director - Data Scientist, you'll play a critical role in driving product strategy, enhancing client experiences, and enabling global growth. Key responsibilities include designing AI/ML solutions, communicating project progress, presenting insights to non-technical partners, and engaging with stakeholders to understand business objectives.

Must Have

  • Design, research & architect AI/ML solutions across the enterprise.
  • Establish and maintain clear lines of communication, providing regular updates.
  • Present findings and insights to non-technical partners.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand business objectives.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, ML/AI Engineer or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or technical field.
  • Good understanding of Statistics & Machine Learning fundamentals.
  • Fundamentals of Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, transformers, Deep Neural Networks).
  • Fluency in Python and SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Good to Have

  • Work experience in a corporate environment or finance/fintech industry.
  • Experience with GenAI (LLMs, RAG workflows, AI Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK or similar).
  • Industry experience with Deep Learning models and methods (Deep Learning Life cycle).

As a Data Scientist reporting to Director - Data Scientist, you'll play a critical role in driving product strategy, enhancing client experiences, and enabling global growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, research & architect AI/ML solutions across the enterprise.
  • Establish and maintain clear lines of communication, providing regular updates on project progress, insights, and potential impact on key performance indicators.
  • Present findings and insights to non-technical partners in a clear and understandable manner, encouraging a collaborative environment for informed decision-making.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and communicate the value proposition of data science initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience working as a Data Scientist, ML/AI Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or another technical field.
  • Good understanding of the fundamentals of Statistics & Machine Learning (hypothesis testing, p-values, confidence intervals, regression, classification, optimization).
  • Fundamentals of Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, transformers and other types of Deep Neural Networks).
  • Fluency in Python and SQL or other similar relational database management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills to guide cross-functional teams on complex data-driven projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience in a corporate environment or finance/fintech industry.
  • Experience with GenAI (LLMs, RAG workflows, AI Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK or similar GenAI tools).
  • Industry experience with Deep Learning models and methods (Deep Learning Life cycle – from Problem Definition to Model Evaluation and Monitoring).

This position is located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for hybrid work environment at least3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The candidate is expected to moderately align their schedule with US East Coast working hours (10 AM to 7 PM EET/EEST).
