Job Summary
Nasdaq Clearing is seeking a Securities Operations Specialist in Vilnius to join a dynamic, technology-driven team. This role involves contributing to multi-asset derivatives operations, supporting Nordic financial markets, and driving initiatives for customer success and process efficiency. The specialist will lead day-to-day middle-office and post-trade operations, apply expertise to anticipate customer needs, and implement new business initiatives. Must Have
- Lead different aspects of day-to-day middle-office and post trade operations
- Apply expertise and knowledge to anticipate customer needs and proactively address customer requests and/or concerns - educate customers
- Test and implement new business initiatives, products, programs, processes, etc. that are aligned with the organizational strategy
- Degree in Business/Finance or related subject area, or equivalent work experience
- A good understanding of post trade activities
- Demonstrate client engagement skills, including the ability to build and manage client relationships
- Ability to take ownership and work independently, as well as close together with team members, in a service-minded manner
- Strong ownership sense and accountability
- Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
- At least 6 years of experience
Good to Have
- Good understanding of different types of securities and how trading and/or clearing and settlement is conducted (expertise within a set focus area)
- Knowledge of SWIFT messages (MT, MX)
- Knowledge of Securities and/or Cash settlements
- Power Automate, Visual Studio and/or VBA programming knowledge

Nasdaq Clearing is now looking for a Securities Operations Specialist to join the dynamic, technology-driven, and highly productive team in Vilnius.
We are looking for a team member who has knowledge of CCP and/or CSD operations and the full transaction lifecycle.
In this position, you will contribute to multi-asset derivatives operations and play a prominent role in supporting Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish financial markets and their participants. With this position, we offer you a opportunity to:

What you will do

- Education Required: MBA, MSc or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Experience Required: At least 6 years
