Job Description
Manage shippers within the station area according to company KPI criteria, coordinate goods delivery between delivery personnel and drivers, and hand over goods to delivery staff. Supervise shippers to ensure timely completion of delivery routes, support shippers, and handle issues during delivery. Ensure all outgoing goods are processed on the App and system, count goods, and monitor daily deliveries to prevent inventory backlog. Store goods at the station, ensuring no loss or damage, and manage equipment while complying with hygiene and safety regulations. Support related tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Must Have:
- Manage shippers according to KPI
- Coordinate and hand over goods for delivery

- Manage equipment and ensure station safety
- 6-12 months experience in logistics
- High school graduate or higher
- Basic computer and office software knowledge
- Willingness to travel between nearby stations

Job Description

- Supervise shippers: ensure shippers complete delivery routes on time;
- Support shippers and handle issues during the delivery process;
- Ensure all outgoing goods are processed on the App and system;
- Count goods according to records or on the system;
- Monitor goods delivered daily, ensuring goods reach customers and no inventory backlog;
- Store goods at the station, ensuring no loss or damage;
- Manage equipment, comply with hygiene and safety regulations at the station.
- Support related tasks as assigned by the Manager;
Job Requirements
- 6 -12 months experience in logistics.
- High school graduate or higher
- Basic understanding of computers, office IT
- Willingness to learn, honesty
- Willingness to travel between nearby stations
