Manage shippers within the station area according to company KPI criteria, coordinate goods delivery between delivery personnel and drivers, and hand over goods to delivery staff. Supervise shippers to ensure timely completion of delivery routes, support shippers, and handle issues during delivery. Ensure all outgoing goods are processed on the App and system, count goods, and monitor daily deliveries to prevent inventory backlog. Store goods at the station, ensuring no loss or damage, and manage equipment while complying with hygiene and safety regulations. Support related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
