This position is for a Plan Administrator in the Brokerage department, responsible for managing collective life, accident, and savings policies for clients. Responsibilities include gathering data for policy renewals, reviewing insurer reports, analyzing renewal proposals, preparing and sending renewal documentation, handling client inquiries, and managing insured data changes. The role requires a person to work in the office at least three days a week.
Must have:
  • Technical degree in Administration or related field.
  • 2-5 years experience in the insurance sector.
  • Native Spanish speaker.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Operaciones en Mercer. Este puesto estará ubicado en Madrid o Barcelona. Se trata de un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.

Esta persona será incorporada en el departamento de Brokerage y y será responsable por la administración de las pólizas colectivas de Vida, Accidentes y Ahorro de algunos de nuestros clientes.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Recopilación de datos para la renovación de pólizas.
  • Revisión de informes de aseguradora y su adecuación a los datos comunicados por el cliente.
  • Análisis de ficheros de propuestas de renovación por parte de la aseguradora para su validación, revisando tanto datos de asegurados como cálculos de primas, coberturas, etc.
  • Revisión, preparación y envío de la documentación de la renovación de la cartera al cliente.
  • Atención a consultas de clientes, solicitudes de certificados, etc.
  • Gestión de movimientos y cambio de datos de asegurados en las pólizas en mediación.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Técnico en Administración/ Diplomatura en Ciencias Empresariales/Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similares.
  • Experiencia de 2-5 años en sector seguros en los ramos de vida, accidentes y ahorro colectivo.
  • Español nativo.
  • Dominio de MS Office (especialmente Excel).
  • Planificación, autonomía y organización.
  • Capacidad para comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Habilidades para el trato con clientes.
