Job Description
- Professional titles such as MRICS or certification according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 (e.g. HypZert) real estate appraiser for market and mortgage value appraisals desirable or striving for one of the mentioned qualifications in the near future.
- Experience in using valuation software (e.g. LORA) is an advantage.
- Completed degree in architecture/construction/real estate management or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in real estate valuation.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Very good German and English language skills.

Are you ready as an appraiser to help companies know and understand their real estate values? Do you feel comfortable advising companies on the valuation of their real estate? Would you enjoy further developing the market value appraisal area within our team? Are terms like income capitalization approach, mortgage lending value, and DCF familiar to you?
For the Valuation Service area, we are looking for you as a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) for permanent employment at one of our German locations. Our offices can be found in Hamburg, Detmold, Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Berlin, Frankfurt, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart, Baden-Baden, Ulm, and Munich.

This is what defines the position:
- Independent development and expansion of real estate market value appraisal as a service at Marsh Advisory.
- Development of market value appraisal products for our Real Estate and Industrial clients.
- Independent determination of market and mortgage lending values for residential and commercial properties.
- Ensuring the quality of appraisals and an advisory function for your colleagues.
- Further development of IT solutions for market value appraisal.
- Support for the Marsh sales organization in client acquisition and ongoing client support.
This is what defines you:
- You have a completed degree in architecture/construction/real estate management or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in real estate valuation.
- Professional titles such as MRICS or certification according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 (e.g. HypZert) real estate appraiser for market and mortgage value appraisals are desirable or you are striving for one of the mentioned qualifications in the near future.
- Experience in using valuation software (e.g. LORA) is an advantage.
