Responsibilities
- Research & establish operating processes for new customer-requested services, especially B2B.
- Handle interrelated emergencies, notably between WH and Freight (backhaul & linehaul).
- Create horizontal links with Ops to keep operations smooth.
- Conduct fieldwork & capture key project facts when needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Team Leader.

Requirements
- At least 1 year in Operation department
- Bachelor's degree, Major in Business/ Economics, Logistics ...
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Integrity and process-driven and customer-service mindset.
- Have logical thinking and critical thinking skills
- Having adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in the Operations department
