The Post Office Coordinator manages and supervises shippers, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to company KPIs. Responsibilities include supporting shippers, resolving delivery issues, processing all goods on the system, and meticulously managing inventory to prevent stock accumulation. The role also involves maintaining station hygiene, safety, and equipment, and assisting the manager with various related tasks. This position is crucial for efficient logistics operations and customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage shippers in the station area according to the company's KPI criteria;
- Supervise shippers: ensure shippers complete delivery routes on time;
- Support shippers and handle incidents during the delivery process;
- Ensure all outgoing goods are processed on the App and system;
- Count goods according to records or on the system;
- Monitor goods delivered during the day, ensuring goods are delivered to customers and no inventory remains;
- Store goods at the station, ensuring no loss or damage
- Manage equipment, comply with hygiene and safety regulations at the station.
- Support related tasks as assigned by the Manager;

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from intermediate or college level or higher
- Basic office IT skills
- Experience in a similar position in the transportation industry is an advantage.

Probation: 2 months (full salary)
