Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company seeking a Sales Analyst to provide data-driven insights and support sales operations across Southeast Asia. The role involves daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting, sales forecasting, budgeting, and designing incentive schemes. The analyst will also manage customer allocation and collaborate with sales and management teams to implement strategies and monitor progress, presenting complex data effectively.

Must Have:
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports
Compile, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify sales trends, productivity patterns, and growth opportunities
Deliver data-driven recommendations to sales and management teams
Support the Month Business Review (MBR) process by preparing review decks, updating country comments, and tracking action plans
Develop accurate sales forecasts
Support budgeting and planning exercises
Design and implement incentive schemes aligned with regional guidelines
Lead customer allocation exercises (rank-up & rank-down) to ensure correct channel assignment
Work closely with sales teams, management, and other departments to implement strategies and monitor progress
Present complex data and insights effectively through clear, compelling reports and presentations for various stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree from any field
3–5 years of proven experience in a Commercial or Sales Support role
Strong track record in project management
Solid understanding of sales processes
Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and Business Intelligence tools
Experience in leading or managing a team
