Job Description
Roof Stacks seeks a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to the analysis and maintenance support of mobile applications for a digital participation bank. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs, understanding customer requirements, creating project processes, guiding research and testing, prioritizing and managing projects according to deadlines, and collaborating effectively with teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in the Digital Banking/Fintech industry, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively navigate technical and non-technical negotiations.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS/SE

We are looking for a "Senior Business Analyst" who will take part in the analysis and maintenance support services of mobile applications for the digital participation bank.
Job requirements
*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
*Min. 5 years experience,
*Strong communication and problem solving skills
*Prioritizing and plan and finalize the project according to deadlines
*Comfortably with Agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban
*Creating and guide various research and test requirements
*Analyzing the needs of business
*Fully understanding the customer's needs, to create a project process accordingly
*Experience in Digital Banking/Fintech industry.

*Ability to convey ideas easily,
*Ability to have professional communication with each stakeholder,
*Ability to be clear, short, open, and persuasive in all kinds of communication,
*Ability to detect problems and solve them in the very beginning.

*Ability to direct all kinds of technical and non-technical negotiations in a way that results in a positive outcome.
