Job Summary

RoofStacks is looking for a Process Manager to join their growing team. The role involves analyzing and mapping business processes (AS-IS), designing and documenting target states (TO-BE), and ensuring continuous improvement. The manager will identify bottlenecks, develop improvement projects, organize workshops, define and report KPIs, implement automation using digital tools (BPM, ERP, RPA), ensure compliance with quality standards like ISO 9001, and foster a continuous improvement culture.

Must Have

  • Analyze and systematically map AS-IS business processes; design, document, and implement TO-BE processes with continuous improvement.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and develop improvement projects.
  • Organize workshops with process owners and teams to strengthen common work culture.
  • Determine, measure, and regularly report KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Implement automation opportunities using digital process management tools (BPM, ERP, RPA etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, information security, or other quality standards.
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture and actively participate in change management processes.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, business analysis, or operational excellence.
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful communication, persuasion, and facilitation skills; able to collaborate effectively with different departments.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, preferably certified.
  • Good level of English.

We are looking for a "Process Manager" to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze company business processes, systematically map the current state (AS-IS); design, document, and ensure implementation of the target state (TO-BE) with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Identify bottlenecks in processes and develop improvement projects.
  • Organize workshops with process owners and teams, strengthen common work culture.
  • Determine, measure, and regularly report KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Implement automation opportunities using digital process management tools (BPM, ERP, RPA etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, information security, or other quality standards.
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization and actively participate in change management processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related departments of universities.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, business analysis, or operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, preferably certified.
  • Experience in ERP systems, process modeling software (Visio, ARIS, Bizagi etc.), and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful in communication, persuasion, and facilitation skills; able to establish effective cooperation with different departments.
  • Good level of English is preferred.
