This position focuses on ensuring operational continuity, monitoring system performance, and increasing platform reliability by working in coordination with teams in RoofStacks' multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) infrastructure environments. This role within the team serves as a critical bridge for both technical support and infrastructure observability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze platform metrics via Grafana and Prometheus in AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Evaluate performance indicators such as CPU, memory, disk, latency, and take necessary actions or escalate to relevant teams.
- Track alarm thresholds, system continuity, and event trends.
- Perform basic operational tasks on AWS services (EC2, IAM, S3, VPC).
- Provide user support in O365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and VPN environments.
- Create incident management, escalation processes, and technical documentation.
- Improve standardization and quality in platform monitoring processes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from Information Technologies, Computer Programming, or related departments.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or Platform Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, and network management.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certified; preparing for AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
- Experience working with Jira or similar ticket systems.
- Ability to read and write English technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic Kubernetes or container knowledge.
- Practical experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Knowledge of writing simple Bash/Python/PowerShell scripts.
- Experience in observability and incident management processes.
