In addition to our central office in Ataşehir/İstanbul, we have branches in Antalya and Elazığ in Turkey. We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people strategy, organizational structure, and team development
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for your assigned business unit(s) — from sourcing to final offer stage
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for all hiring-related needs within your business unit(s)
- Implement and support core HR processes such as performance management, talent development, and engagement initiatives
- Analyze HR data to drive insights, identify improvement areas, and support decision-making
- Champion a people-first culture while contributing to the company’s growth goals
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 -6 years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced, tech-oriented environments
- Strong track record of recruitment delivery, particularly in IT roles
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor regulations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to be hands-on when needed
- English is a strong plus
