Job Summary

This role involves comprehensively coordinating human resource management at a food production base. Key responsibilities include precise human resource planning, optimizing organizational structure, leading recruitment for production and management roles, and establishing a robust training system covering safety, quality, and skills. The manager will also optimize salary structures, implement performance assessment systems, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and food safety regulations. The goal is to support production operations and achieve base targets.

Job Description

Position Positioning

Comprehensively coordinate human resource management at the food production base, focusing on frontline human resource support, efficiency improvement, and compliance control in production, and building a human resource system adapted to production operations in conjunction with the core requirements of safety and quality in the food industry, to help the base achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

1. Based on the base's production plan and seasonal characteristics, formulate accurate human resource planning, balance human resource supply and production demand, and control human resource costs.

2. Optimize the organizational structure and position settings on the production side, lead the recruitment of production and management positions, and ensure rapid onboarding through multiple channels.

3. Establish a "safety + quality + skills" training system, organize mandatory training such as food safety, equipment operation, and emergency response, to ensure all employees pass assessments.

4. Conduct job skill improvement training and grassroots management training to reserve core talents.

5. Optimize the salary structure, establish a production-oriented assessment system, design incentive programs, and conduct employee evaluations to stimulate team enthusiasm.

6. Regularly communicate employee demands, resolve issues such as food, accommodation, and overtime, maintain a harmonious team atmosphere, and reduce turnover rates.

7. Standardize labor contracts and social security management, strictly abide by the "Food Safety Law" and "Labor Law", control health compliance, employment compliance and other risks, and properly handle labor disputes.

8. Coordinate the daily work of the HR team, formulate departmental plans and supervise their implementation, and regularly report human resource data (personnel structure, turnover rate, etc.) and work progress to the base and the group.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of HR management experience in food/manufacturing enterprise production bases, proficient in frontline recruitment, compensation performance, and employee relations;

2. Familiar with food industry regulations and safety requirements, strong stress resistance and problem-solving abilities.

3. Bachelor's degree or above.
