Job Summary

The NXP People Operations, Programs & Analytics team is seeking an HR Automation Intern to enhance and automate HR processes using advanced technologies. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing and implementing automation solutions, and ensuring successful adoption within the HR function. The intern will also monitor effectiveness, provide training, and stay updated on HR automation trends.

Must Have

  • Support the enhancement and automation of relevant HR processes
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using RPA, machine learning, and natural language processing
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and make necessary adjustments
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of automation tools and technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in HR automation and recommend best practices
  • BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field
  • Registered as a student during the entire period of the assignment

Job Description

The NXP People Operations, Programs & Analytics team is a global, dynamic team focused on simplifying and driving continuous improvement; strategic project management; and insightful people data and insights in everything they do to support NXP leaders and team members.

Your Team

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Automation Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity for enhancing and automating HR processes using advanced technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, and natural language processing. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to support the opportunities for automation, ideating, developing and implementing automation solutions, and ensuring the successful adoption of these technologies within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the enhancement and automation of relevant HR processes
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using RPA, machine learning, and natural language processing
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and make necessary adjustments
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of automation tools and technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in HR automation and recommend best practices.

Your Profile

  • BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field.

Duration

This is a part time/ full-time internship (32/40 hours per week) with a duration of six months or longer. To be considered for an internship/working student assignment at NXP, you need to be registered as a student during the entire period of the assignment.
