Job Summary

As a Sales Account Manager at NXP Semiconductors Taiwan Ltd, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within a defined territory or set of key accounts. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and leverage NXP's comprehensive portfolio of semiconductor solutions to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Must Have

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and account plans.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer design cycles, technical requirements, and business challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (FAEs, product marketing, customer service).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and NXP's product roadmap.
  • Represent NXP at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales or account management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of the electronics industry, market dynamics, and customer needs in Taiwan.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Taiwan and occasionally internationally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and account plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory or key accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, engineering teams, and purchasing departments at customer organizations.
  • Understand customer design cycles, technical requirements, and business challenges to effectively position NXP's products and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Field Application Engineers (FAEs), product marketing, and customer service, to provide comprehensive support and solutions to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular reports on sales activities and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and NXP's product roadmap to effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Represent NXP at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales or account management within the semiconductor industry, preferably with a focus on embedded systems, microcontrollers, or power management.
  • Strong understanding of the electronics industry, market dynamics, and customer needs in Taiwan.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
