This Key Account Sales Manager role involves proactive customer engagement to understand home appliance usage scenarios and requirements. The manager will provide chip-level features and specifications to product lines, promote competitive solutions, and update customers on the latest products and roadmaps. Must Have
- 5+ years working experience in semi-conductor company
- Bachelor/master’s degree on Electronic Engineering
- Familiar with home appliance applications
- Good understanding of market trends, dynamics, and competitions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to accurately grasp customer needs and provide targeted solutions
- Strong customer service awareness
- Goal-oriented, positive and proactive working attitude, and handle objections effectively

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers in a professional way. Understand customers’ home appliance usage scenarios and get their requirements on time.
- Provide the chip-level required features and specifications to product line and promote the most competitive solutions to customer(s).
- Update the latest product and roadmap to customer. Actively highlight the solution advantages and value proposition to customer to stimulate customers’ interest and maximize the value to win.
- Build up and maintain strong relationships with customers and give timely feedback on technical and commercial accurately.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, coordinate the resources, drive all stakeholders on the goals and complete the sales-task to win.
- Manage and process orders and ensure smooth delivery to customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years working experience in semi-conductor company. Bachelor/master’s degree on Electronic Engineering.
- Familiar with home appliance applications. Good understanding of market trends, dynamics, and competitions.
- Previous working experience with those leading accounts is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to accurately grasp customer needs and provide targeted solutions.
- Strong customer service awareness, with patience and enthusiasm.
- Goal-oriented, in a positive and proactive working attitude, and handle the objection effectively.
