The firm is seeking an HR Performance Indicator Management Officer Intern for 6 months to join its People & Culture Lead team. The intern will contribute to structuring HR topics, focusing on KPI management, SIRH & tools, and social engagement & performance. Must Have

  • Participate in the production and analysis of HR KPIs
  • Improve data quality, consistency, and reliability
  • Support data production for HR Rewinds and RFPs
  • Maintain existing digital HR solutions
  • Monitor SIRH/HR tool developments and implement new functionalities
  • Participate in the Happy@Work initiative (monitoring, analysis, synthesis)
  • Support the Ecovadis approach and associated HR actions
  • Contribute to the calculation, monitoring, and communication of the Gender Equality Index
  • Master 1 or Master 2 student specializing in human resources
  • Strong interest in HR data management, dashboards, HR processes, and digital tools
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Rigor and curiosity
  • Autonomous and comfortable with numbers
  • Appreciates project management and continuous improvement

Job Description

The Julhiet Sterwen firm continues its growth and strengthens its HR Department within the People & Culture Lead team by recruiting an HR Performance Indicator Management Officer Intern (M/F) for a period of 6 months. Alongside the team, you will contribute to advancing structuring topics in a stimulating, learning, and resolutely human environment.

Your future missions

KPI Management

  • Participation in the production and analysis of HR KPIs.
  • Improvement of data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • Support for data production for HR Rewinds and RFPs.

SIRH & Tools

  • Operational maintenance of existing digital HR solutions.
  • Monitoring of SIRH/HR tool developments and support in the implementation of new functionalities.

Engagement & Social Performance

  • Participation in the Happy@Work initiative (monitoring, analysis, synthesis).
  • Support for the Ecovadis approach and associated HR actions.
  • Contribution to the calculation, monitoring, and communication of the Gender Equality Index.

Qualifications

You are a Master 1 or Master 2 student, specialized in human resources. You have a strong interest in HR data management, dashboards, HR processes, and digital tools. Endowed with excellent organizational and analytical skills, you demonstrate rigor and curiosity. Autonomous and comfortable with numbers, you appreciate both project management and continuous improvement.

At the end of your internship, an M2 apprenticeship may be offered.
