Job Summary

Daily Wire is seeking a Recruiter to join their Human Resources team in Nashville, TN. This full-time, on-site position is crucial for building teams across various departments like Production, Marketing, Editorial, and Operations. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. They must thrive in a fast-moving environment and align with the company's culture and vision.

Must Have

  • Create job descriptions, post ads, source candidates, and conduct phone screenings.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, including final rounds with upper management.
  • Perform reference checks, negotiate offers, and manage offer letters.
  • Maintain timely communication with all applicants.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions and track all open and upcoming vacancies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Coach managers on interviewing best practices and build strong relationships.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and identify process improvements; stay current on industry trends.
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare recruiting reports and data for supervisors and the Executive team.
  • 3+ years of HR or communication experience as a recruiter or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of corporate recruiting practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exercise sound judgment with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Interest in or familiarity with political and editorial news landscapes.
  • Experience recruiting for entertainment/production roles is a strong plus.
