Julhiet Sterwen is seeking an HR Performance Indicator Management Officer (Apprenticeship) to join its People & Culture Lead team. The role involves contributing to structural HR topics in a stimulating and human-centric environment. Key responsibilities include participating in the production and analysis of HR KPIs, improving data quality, maintaining HR digital solutions, and supporting social engagement initiatives like Happy@Work and Ecovadis.

Must Have

  • Participate in the production and analysis of HR KPIs.
  • Improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • Support data production for HR Rewinds and RFPs.
  • Maintain operational HR digital solutions.
  • Monitor HRIS/HR tool evolutions and support new feature implementation.
  • Participate in the Happy@Work initiative (monitoring, analysis, synthesis).
  • Support the Ecovadis approach and associated HR actions.
  • Contribute to the calculation, monitoring, and communication of the Equality Index.
  • Master 1 or Master 2 student specializing in human resources.
  • Strong interest in HR data management, dashboards, HR processes, and digital tools.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, rigor, and curiosity.
  • Autonomous, comfortable with numbers, appreciate project management and continuous improvement.

Job Description

The Julhiet Sterwen firm continues its growth and strengthens its HR Department within the People & Culture Lead team by recruiting an HR Performance Indicator Management Officer (M/F) on an apprenticeship contract. Alongside the team, you will contribute to advancing structuring topics in a stimulating, learning, and resolutely human environment.

Your future missions

KPI Management

  • Participation in the production and analysis of HR KPIs.
  • Improvement of data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • Support for data production for HR Rewinds and RFPs.

HRIS & Tools

  • Operational maintenance of existing digital HR solutions.
  • Monitoring of HRIS/HR tool evolutions and support in the implementation of new functionalities.

Engagement & Social Performance

  • Participation in the Happy@Work initiative (monitoring, analysis, synthesis).
  • Support for the Ecovadis approach and associated HR actions.
  • Contribution to the calculation, monitoring, and communication of the Equality Index.

Qualifications

You are a Master 1 or Master 2 student, specializing in human resources. You have a strong interest in HR data management, dashboards, HR processes, and digital tools. Endowed with excellent organizational and analytical qualities, you demonstrate rigor and curiosity. Autonomous and comfortable with numbers, you appreciate project management as much as continuous improvement.

The position is to be filled from January 2026.
