Job Summary
Julhiet Sterwen is seeking a Recruitment and Employer Brand Project Manager Intern (M/F) for a 6-month period within its HR Department. The intern will contribute to structuring projects in a stimulating and human environment. Key missions include animating professional social networks, supporting HR communication, assisting with recruitment strategy and candidate selection, managing school relations, coordinating external HR partners, and animating the co-optation program. The role also involves contributing to the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of the onboarding process, including pre-onboarding.

Job Description
The Julhiet Sterwen firm continues its growth and strengthens its HR Department within the People & Culture Lead team by recruiting a Recruitment and Employer Brand Project Manager Intern (M/F) for a period of 6 months. Alongside the team, you will contribute to advancing structuring topics in a stimulating, learning, and resolutely human environment.
Your future missions
Employer Brand & HR Communication
- Participation in animating professional social networks (LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, Glassdoor).
- Contribution to HR communication actions and enhancing the employee experience.
Recruitment & School Relations
- Support for the recruitment strategy and candidate selection process.
- Participation in animating school relations (Dauphine, ESSEC, EM Lyon, etc.).
- Coordination of exchanges with external HR partners.
- Animation of the co-optation program and participation in its evolution.
Employee Experience & Integration Journey
- Contribution to the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of the onboarding journey.
- Participation in the redesign of the journey, including pre-onboarding.
Qualifications
You are a Master 1 or Master 2 student, specialized in human resources. You have a genuine interest in employer brand, recruitment, and broader employee experience topics. Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate organization, rigor, and a developed sense of service. Curious, autonomous, and dynamic, you enjoy coordinating projects, handling HR data, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
At the end of your internship, a continuation in a Master 2 work-study program may be offered.
