Senior Business Analyst (Core Banking)
Job Description
- Practical experience in Core Banking modules (Participation Accounts, Deposits, Customer, Blocked, Profit Share Distribution, Expense/Commission, EFT/Wire Transfer, Instruction Management, etc.)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience in banking or FinTech sectors
- Proficiency in participation banking principles and knowledge to analyze profit-sharing based products and processes
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver projects according to defined timelines
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban
- Ability to lead research, testing, and verification processes according to business requirements

We are looking for a "Senior Business Analyst" with strong experience, especially in Core Banking (Participation Accounts, Deposits, Customer Transactions) processes, to work on a strategic project we are carrying out in the field of Participation Banking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience in banking or FinTech sectors
- Practical experience in Core Banking modules (Participation Accounts, Deposits, Customer, Blocked, Profit Share Distribution, Expense/Commission, EFT/Wire Transfer, Instruction Management, etc.) is preferred
- Proficient in participation banking principles, with knowledge to analyze profit-sharing based products and processes
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver projects according to defined timelines
