Senior Business Analyst (Core Banking)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience, especially in Core Banking processes such as Participation Accounts, Deposits, and Customer Transactions. The role involves working on a strategic project within the Participation Banking sector, focusing on developing innovative financial technology solutions.

Must Have

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in banking or FinTech sectors
• Proficiency in participation banking principles and knowledge to analyze profit-sharing based products and processes
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver projects according to defined timelines
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban
• Ability to lead research, testing, and verification processes according to business requirements

Good to Have

• Practical experience in Core Banking modules (Participation Accounts, Deposits, Customer, Blocked, Profit Share Distribution, Expense/Commission, EFT/Wire Transfer, Instruction Management, etc.)

We are looking for a "Senior Business Analyst" with strong experience, especially in Core Banking (Participation Accounts, Deposits, Customer Transactions) processes, to work on a strategic project we are carrying out in the field of Participation Banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in banking or FinTech sectors
• Practical experience in Core Banking modules (Participation Accounts, Deposits, Customer, Blocked, Profit Share Distribution, Expense/Commission, EFT/Wire Transfer, Instruction Management, etc.) is preferred
• Proficient in participation banking principles, with knowledge to analyze profit-sharing based products and processes
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
