Job Description
As a Business Analyst (Core Banking) at Roof Stacks, you will analyze, document, and optimize business processes within Core Banking modules like Treasury, Loans, and Payment Systems. You will gather requirements, translate them into specifications, and collaborate with various teams for end-to-end delivery. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in banking or fintech, with hands-on expertise in core banking domains, understanding of banking workflows, regulatory requirements, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Must Have:
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across Core Banking modules (Treasury, Loans, Payment Systems)
- Gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams for end-to-end delivery
- Support integration, UAT, and production rollout phases of banking projects
- Conduct gap analysis and support change management activities
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in banking or fintech
- Hands-on experience with core banking domains (Treasury, Loans, Credit Management, Payment Systems)
- Strong understanding of banking workflows, regulatory requirements, and transaction structures
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

What You’ll Do
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across Core Banking modules such as Treasury, Loans, and Payment Systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
- Support integration, UAT, and production rollout phases of banking projects.
- Conduct gap analysis, define improvement opportunities, and support change management activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or fintech sector.
- Hands-on experience with core banking domains such as:
- Treasury / Treasury Operations
- Loans
- Credit Management
- Payment Systems (Domestic & International) etc.
- Strong understanding of banking workflows, regulatory requirements, and transaction structures.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
