Manager, Workplace - Eyeline Korea

Netflix is a leading entertainment service with over 300 million members globally. This role is for a Manager, Workplace at Eyeline Korea, a visual effects company powered by Netflix. The successful candidate will join the APAC Workplace team within Global Enterprise Operations, focusing on creating an efficient, safe, and inspiring environment for colleagues, visitors, and partners. This visionary leader will drive operational efficiency, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional Workplace experiences to support growth and innovation.

Must Have

• Provide strategic direction on workplace services, planning, operations, and Environmental Health & Safety.
• Lead office expansion, relocation, and optimization projects, ensuring seamless execution.
• Foster strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and partners to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and risk management.
• Oversee budget planning and financial management.
• Collaborate with business leaders to deliver exceptional Workplace experiences, driving business outcomes.
• Maintain compliance documents, participate in EH&S and ERT, and act as Fire Warden/Emergency POC.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading Workplace teams.
• Extensive expertise in Workplace Experience and Operations, Hospitality, F&B programs, Employee and Workplace Health and Safety.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing vendors and contingent workers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Korean, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

As part of the Global Enterprise Operations organization, the successful individual will play a pivotal role in the APAC Workplace team. This team is focused on providing an efficiently run, safe, amazing, inspiring, and consistent experience for our colleagues, visitors, and partners.
