Job Summary

The Senior People Consultant at SimCorp delivers high-quality HR services and supports employees across various people-related processes. With 7-10 years of experience, this role assists in administering core HR services, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations. The consultant works closely with the People Services team to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant HR processes, aligning with SimCorp's policies and values. Responsibilities include providing support to employees and managers on HR matters and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes.

Must Have

  • Assist in the delivery of core HR services (payroll, benefits, employee relations, general HR administration)
  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters (policies, benefits, inquiries)
  • Help ensure smooth and efficient execution of HR processes, complying with SimCorp's policies and legal requirements
  • Support HR data management, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information in HR systems and records
  • Assist with employee communications regarding HR policies, benefits, and other people services
  • Work closely with other HR teams (Compensation & Benefits, People & Org Development) to support employee needs
  • Provide guidance on basic employee relations issues, escalating complex matters to senior HR professionals
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR services by identifying areas for efficiency gains and process improvements
  • Assist with HR reporting and tracking key performance metrics
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and optimizing HR operations

Why is this role important to us?

The Senior People Consultant at SimCorp is responsible for delivering high-quality HR services and providing support to employees across various people-related processes. With typically 7-10 years of experience in HR service delivery or a related field, this role focuses on assisting in the administration of core HR services, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations. The Senior People Consultant works closely with the People Services team to ensure that HR processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with SimCorp's policies and values.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Assist in the delivery of core HR services, including payroll administration, employee benefits programs, employee relations support, and general HR administration
  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and other people-related inquiries
  • Help ensure the smooth and efficient execution of HR processes, ensuring compliance with SimCorp's policies and legal requirements
  • Support HR data management, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information in HR systems and records
  • Assist with employee communications regarding HR policies, benefits, and other people services, ensuring clarity and transparency
  • Work closely with other HR teams, such as Compensation & Benefits and People & Org Development, to support employee needs and ensure seamless HR service delivery
  • Provide guidance on basic employee relations issues, escalating more complex matters to senior HR professionals when necessary
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services by identifying areas for efficiency gains and process improvements
  • Assist with HR reporting and tracking key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of people services
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and optimizing HR operations
