The intern will support the Program Director (DAF) in structuring, coordinating, and advancing various program activities. Must Have

Job Description
The Julhiet Sterwen firm continues its growth and strengthens its Administrative and Financial Department by recruiting a Project Management Officer Intern (M/F) for a period of 6 months. Alongside the Program Director, the firm's DAF, you will play a key role in structuring, coordinating, and advancing the program's various activities.
Your future missions
- Support for overall project steering: preparation and participation in committees, monitoring of action plans, updating of documentation.
- Support for the 6 workstreams: collection of progress, consolidation of deliverables, assistance in resolving blocking points.
- Convergence and coherence of schedules:
- Retrieval of detailed schedules from the streams
- Alignment of milestones, dependencies, and cross-impacts
- Alert in case of deviation or risk.
- Production of steering support materials: dashboards, roadmaps, progress indicators, ad-hoc analyses.
- Operational follow-up: organization of work meetings, drafting of minutes, management of action plans.
- Monitoring of risks and corrective actions: identification, monitoring, updating of the risk register.
Qualifications
You are a student in a business school, engineering school, or university (Bac +4/5) and are looking for an internship of at least 6 months, ideally 12 months as part of a gap year.
You demonstrate a strong interest in project management, corporate transformation, and/or corporate real estate, and wish to acquire concrete experience within a dynamic and transversal environment.
Endowed with great rigor, good organizational skills, and recognized reliability, you are capable of managing several subjects in parallel. Your interpersonal skills allow you to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
You master office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of planning and project management tools (MS Project, Monday, Notion...) is a plus.
Finally, you demonstrate proactivity, curiosity, and a real ability to advance several subjects simultaneously.
